Returns & refunds

We want you to love your silk. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return any unused and unwashed items for a full refund.

You can sleep on and wash our pillowcase first.

Pillowcase sleep trial

Our pillowcase comes with a 30 night sleep trial. Sleep on it and wash it. If you do not like it, return it in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Tags are not needed. The return label is free in Canada, and there is no restocking or return fee.

The 30 night pillowcase sleep trial covers one Everyday Silk Pillowcase per customer, including when it is in an order with other items. It does not cover the pillowcases in a set. If your order has other items, we refund the pillowcase only.

Return window and eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached (the sleep trial does not need tags). For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept bedding that has been slept in or laundered. The one exception is the pillowcase sleep trial above. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to start a return

Email us at care@reveandsilk.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package — return shipping within Canada is complimentary. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, the fastest way is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at care@reveandsilk.com immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect — include your order number and a photograph. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refund timing and method

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether it's approved. Once approved, please allow up to 14 business days for processing; refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit may take a further few days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
